SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

As a Mechanical Engineer at Lilker Associates, you will join our exceptional HVAC team and you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and systems.

Qualifications

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated engineer with experience in the design of HVAC systems for institutional projects – especially K-12 schools.

Qualifications/Skills include:

· B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited 4-year institution

· 8-15 years of design experience

· Experience on NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) projects required

· P.E. license preferred, but not required

· Proficient with the use of Trane Trace 700 or 3D Plus, AutoCAD and Revit.

· Proficient in MS Office

· Excellent technical skills; strong communication, analytical, technical writing and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision and in a highly collaborative team environment
