Job Description:
• Apply understanding and knowledge of quality performance metrics to enable and influence leaders and quality engineers.
• Utilize data analytics in data to information communication
• Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and cross functionally outside the Quality function, as assigned.
• Learn quality processes towards improving systems for data management and reporting.
• Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrates L3Harris core values

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field
• GPA of 3.0 or greater

Preferred Skills:
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction or oversight preferred
• Ability to develop and improve processes and systems for data management desired
• Critical thinking skills to relate independent data sources desired
• Modeling and visualizing data using Power BI or Tableau experience desired
• Experrience gathering and manipulating data from SQL Servers desired
• Experience using Power Query and Power Pivot desired
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
