Program Manager:

Need a Self-starter, who is a completer finisher. Ideal person will have 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other technical disciplines. With a proven track record of scaling new products from concept to commercialization.
• Masters degree in engineering or other technical disciplines
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in an industrial plant process environment, preferably in a leadership role
• Experienced concept selling directly to customers
• 3 to 5 years of strong experience in Program Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Good understanding of financial, legal / IP, logistics, quality management and HR processes
• Experience with glass and ceramic fibers preferred
• Familiarity with stage gate processes in an R&D setting
• Manage project timelines, cost and budget tracking
• Ability to quickly adapt to complex changes and issues
• Manage multiple complex programs and priorities – ability to resolve competing priorities
• People leader with hire/ fire experience
