Portfolio & Program Management
• Serve on the F&A – U.S. Finance customer portfolio account team.
• Be responsible for daily demand and delivery aspects across the portfolio, guiding all members of the account team, and delivery teams to ensure the business value is delivered as expected.
• Manage a comprehensive priorities roadmap and inventory of all IT services provided to support the portfolio.
• Define and collaborate on key performance metrics to monitor overall health of portfolio.
• Identify ways to optimize and improve on IT service delivery.
• Help shape the conversation with our customers, bringing an objective lens and ensuring the right things are being discussed to achieve the best outcome for the business and maximize ROI.
• Partner with the Finance & Administration Technology Portfolio Leader to craft the story (past/current/future) on the U.S. Finance portfolio.

Financial Management
• Provide full transparency on state of the business portfolio (current and future) that is comprehensive, accurate and reliable.
• Define and collaborate on key financial metrics for the portfolio, including ‘total cost of ownership’ to customers.
• Drive transparency and visibility into current state of IT spend and IT delivery, creating insight to support better decision making that translates into benefits and cost savings.
• Partner with project controller to evaluate year over year financial data to establish trends and optimize portfolio performance.

Focus on Impact
• Understand customers’ business priorities and needs, and possesses ability to translate those for effective solution delivery
• Influence and guide ongoing improvements to portfolio governance, standards, and processes, including leading development of common templates, tools, processes & best practices
• Find opportunities for evolving our demand, delivery, and sustainment models and increase responsiveness & nimbleness for the account team and the solutions they bring to market.
• Proliferate an entrepreneur, business-mindset, and collaborative approach to drive mutual outcomes for our customers and Technology.

Account Management
• Engage in discussions with senior leaders in our businesses and in Technology to understand the business needs and technology strategy. Includes defining the opportunity and building the business case.
• Partner with the Technology Leaders, business stakeholders and other Deloitte leaders to align our technology approach with the business needs.
• Drive collaboration across ITS, in order to ensure the right things are prioritized and delivered.
• Alongside the Technology Portfolio Leader and account team, serve as a trusted advisor to Technology Leaders and Channel Leaders to guide key decisions and overcome challenges as they impact to our various Customer portfolio businesses.
• Identify and manage risks; provide alternative solutions; escalate when appropriate, anticipating sensitive matters.

Focus on People
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork with our customers and Technology.
• Ensure the right people are at the table to drive seamless execution across all ITS demand and delivery channels, bringing forth the best of ITS.
• Play an integrator role across the portfolio to ensure all viewpoints are considered in order to get to the best answer.

• Serving as the primary point-of-contact and trusted advisor for technology needs including results, resolutions, and expectations monitoring; opportunity escalation; continuous improvement; and service excellence.
• Driving strategic alignment of technology to business priorities to maximize the value of IT investments.

Qualifications

Required:
• Professional Services Firm financial acumen. Deloitte financial systems expertise preferred.
• 5+ years in Technology and/or equivalent professional experience, with consulting services firm experience a plus.
• Large scale implementation management experience required, with transformation programs preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and operational management experience
• Deep understanding of technology delivery and implementations.
• Ability to oversee the full solution lifecycle for products and implementations.
• Demonstrates a ‘one team’ / ‘one firm’ mindset
• Motivates, coaches, and inspires others
• Applies expertise and judgement
• Ability to provide ‘big picture’ view on the state of the portfolio
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and collaborate with business leaders
• Ability to be a key influencer to leadership and peers
• Ability to navigate tough issues and bring complete picture forward, to ensure best decision is made
• Ability to help delivery teams manage through issues, risks, and change
• Ability to travel ~25% of time.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. An advanced degree is also preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000-$210,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
