What you’ll be doing…

The Infrastructure Services Program Manager will be supporting new products and service evolution, including 5G fixed wireless access for consumer and business nationally for Operations. This role involves successful collaboration and partnership with the Verizon Consumer Group (VCG), Verizon Business Group (VBG), Engineering, Operations, and IT to deliver on key product initiatives and timelines.
• Ensuring the operational readiness of the Operations organization through planning, process integration, RFP creation, and vendor selection.
• Developing creative ideas and solutions based on industry research and consumer insights to formulate thinking for new products or to improve existing products/product performance.
• Developing SLAs, critical key performance indicators, and contract management obligations and governance
• Defining work rules/requirements for installation and maintenance operations while be able to measure and drive corrective actions of vendors performing work.
• Developing and implementing operational best practices to create efficiencies and improvements; communicate and translates functional/operational goals into team goals and manage implementation of policies and procedures.
• Providing guidance on systems standards, tool standards and network transformation between other organizations, markets, and headquarters.
• Collaborating on creation next generation devices; including technician and customer experience.
• Developing, documenting, and sharing processes defined to assist in supporting the new product or service.
• Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders, project teams, external business partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Thriving in a dynamic, fast paced, ever-changing environment and maintain a high-performance level.
• Successfully interfacing with multiple levels of business and management.

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in operations.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
• Experience in handling multiple projects and strict deadlines in a rapidly paced environment.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Experience in working at the national level.
• Experienced team leader with proven facilitation, change management, and problem solving experience.
• Technical project management skills with use in Project Management tools.
• Experience in working with senior staff members and front line employees.
• Experience in strategic thinking that results in new ideas that drive the business forward.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
• Experience in working independently and in collaboration with others.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $103,000 and $230,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
