Job Description
• Provide overall leadership to entire project team * Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors. * Manage budget and financial reporting * Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential. * Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget. * Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. * Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements. * Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule * Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions

The Successful Applicant
• Have 5+ years of experience working on high end retail and residential new construction projects * Availability to manage team and work with subcontractors * Communicate and collaborate with team to maintain accurate project schedule * Execute each project phase: pre-construction, planning, executing and post-construction services * Develop purchasing schedule * Collaborate with estimating and purchasing in set up of projects to insure profitability and client satisfaction * Effectively communicate with field members
