Full-time, Hourly Based On Experience

XCL Construction Inc, a Cicero-based Construction Management, and General Contracting Company are seeking candidates to fill several Lead Carpenter positions.

Your primary role will be managing several carpenters to construct commercial & residential construction projects. This position has the potential for advancement within the company.

Scopes of work include but not limited to:
Wood and light gauge metal framing
Prefab wall panel installation
Insulation
Drywall
FRP
Acoustical Ceilings
Doors & Windows
Trim Work (Interior & Exterior)
Siding
Skills / Qualifications: * 5 years construction experience
Ability to follow direction from supervisor
Strong leadership skills
Ability to read blueprints and perform layout
Possess skills needed to perform several of scopes listed above
Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other electric tools safely
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
Good problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Highly Motivated
Reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
