Should have minimum 3 years experience with General construction estimation for commercial projects. Candidate should be well conversant with
– Quantity take off for all Divisions of General construction work (Division 001 to Division 14).
– Digital On screen quantity take off.
– Create scope of work to obtain proposals from subcontractors and suppliers
– Read and understand construction drawings and construction sequence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
• Construction Estimating: 3 years (Preferred)
• Auto Estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
