Large Pharmaceutical Company with opportunity for growth looking for Facility Maintenance Technicians to join their team

Cleaners

Full Time- Monday – Friday

Pay: $19-24/hr

Location: Syracuse, NY

Job Description:

•This position has a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment on all systems.

•A very high percentage of “wrench time” is expected.

•Individuals are expected to demonstrate carpentry, plumbing, sheet metal, sheetrock, maintenance & troubleshooting.

• Patch and paint office, both outside and controlled work environments.

• Prepare, prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces.

• Maintain locking mechanisms, closers and doors; perform general roofing repairs. Minor maintenance and repair plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, water fountains, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps.

•This position requires the ability to analyze the operation of the various systems, determine the cause of any problem / malfunctions and takes corrective action as required.

•Successfully complete daily/weekly work assignments.

•The individual in this role must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required.

•This position will also have responsibilities at multiple buildings. Some overtime is to be expected.
• Position is a full time with OT required
