Imperium Construction Services is a general contracting and construction project management company that specializes in retail build outs. We offer consulting services to multichain companies looking to grow and provide general contracting services in NYC. Imperium is growing and looking for a motivated, Project Manager to join our team.

Imperium is seeking a motivated team player who is detail-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills to fill our Project Manager role. The Project Manager will work alongside one or more other team members depending on the type and number of projects assigned to deliver project management services in keeping with Imperium’s vision and mission.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables.
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects.
• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
• Analyzing data as required.
• Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates.
• Tracking and reporting project progress.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Executive in an orderly and efficient manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Minimum 2 Year of experience as an Assistant Project Manager/Construction Manager in retail construction.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Experience with Procore management software is preferred.

Travel will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

• Construction Project management: 2 years (Required)
• Retail Construction: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: Multiple Locations
