Chief Construction Executive (Industrial – Misc.), NYC. Salary: $150K to $200K with OTE of $260K to $280K. Will lead the delivery of a US North and International office construction program, manage more than $275 million in active spend on new construction, fit-out and refresh projects, reporting to the Global Head of Design and Construction in the Corporate Properties Group, and will have responsibility for more than 20 construction management professionals delivering projects across 250 locations. Requires 8+ years Construction Management experience, recent senior construction management with experience in development, core and shell and interior fit-out, experience with International Construction Management projects and experience managing programs or projects worth more than $50M.
