We are looking for a qualified applicant to fill our Mobile Phone Technician position. The Mobile Phone Technician will be responsible for carrying out diagnostic check-ups on mobile phones, installing new software and repairing phones for customers. The successful candidate will be required to have at least three years of experience working on mobile phones, have their own tools of the trade and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Install new and replacement mobile devices on existing network.
• Install mobile devices according to manufacturer specifications (i.e., software updates, iOS upgrades, Android OS upgrades, etc.).
• Keep current about new mobile device technologies.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot problems with mobile devices and networks.
• Install and maintain network infrastructure.
