About this role

Manages team of intermediate to experienced Infrastructure and systems professionals, setting objectives and guiding others on identifying the key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms impacting the organization’s ability to achieve integration, compatibility, and performance targets.

Owns and develops elements of department-specific systems with a focus on short to mid-term operational plans. Leads a team that is responsible for system implementation, system performance improvements, device management, productivity data collection & productivity data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Implements System and Data Analysis plans to ensure the achievement of Customer Service targets and metrics
• Manages team responsible for ensuring system performance, employee connectivity, device management and data analytics meet the needs of the functional area
• Develops technology projects and processes for multiple sites to ensure overall system is continuously improving and directs implementation of same.
• Manages key relationships with internal COEs and external vendors for systems
• Provides expertise in system performance and employee productivity data analysis to ensure department manager data requirements are met; makes recommendations for improvements in data gathering.
• Leads collection and analysis of system performance information from multiple sources to drive quality Customer Service programs.
• Develop and build potential talent through performance coaching and stretch assignments of team members
• Leads continuous management & improvements of internal & external user experience

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Salesforce Administrator Certified
• 7+ years of experience implementing and managing business systems for multiple locations
• 2+ years of experience programing in SQL
• 1+ years of experience working with Power BI
• Ability to travel 10%
