Job Description

Our New York City office is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems for consulting engineering services provided by the company. Services include:

· Lighting and lighting control systems design

· Low and medium voltage power and distribution design

· Fire alarm design

· Communication systems design

· Low voltage controls/systems design

· Contract administration

Job Requirements:

· BSEE, F.E./P.E. Preferred

· Minimum of Seven years of relevant experience

· Familiarity with NEC, Building Codes, NFPA 72, IESNA

· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities:

The position requires an individual capable of independent work and site investigation under the direction and supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer. The individual holding this position is responsible for the application of applicable electrical codes, statutes, calculations and/or standards of design required for the successful completion of a project. The electrical design services require a familiarity with the National Electrical Code as well as the IESNA lighting and application handbooks..
