Essential Functions:
Assist in the containment, documentation, and root cause analysis for defective material in a production environment.
Provide baseline quality data to support daily and/or weekly yield reviews.
Provide first-level triage and positive interactions with production operators and cross-functional support personnel.
Support DPPM reduction activities by leading production work cell touch-points on issues weekly.
Support RTY initiatives through regular product and module build inspection by verifying adherence to workmanship standards and work instructions.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Capable of lifting and moving items weighing 30-35 lbs
Capable of moving around the factory for several hours per shift (as needed)
