Overview

DWS is seeking a Candidate with a Techno functional SME on Enterprise Data Management Platforms specific to Asset Management Fund Accounting (Preferrable: Eagle STAR, ACCESS and PACE and Online Fund Accounting and reporting Products).

Your Key Responsibilities:

Skill Requirements:

Analyze and coordinate with the business to translate technical design document & create a plan for software development and release. Transform requirements into computerized programs using Technology skills SQL, Linux scripts & Control M Enhance the interactive web pages in ASP.Net 4.0, C#

Adapt Agile Scrum methodology and deliver the defect free product in stipulated time

Implement 3-tier architecture for the Qlik application and create partial and full reload capabilities, Create a versatile star schema data model and resolve synthetic keys

Develop data feed to downstream system using SQL, Linux script and scheduled it using Control M and file transfer mechanism

Develop creative solutions to re-engineer legacy system using QlikView and utilize the power of QlikView to build interactive dashboards

Design, develop and implement QlikView dashboards. Integrate data sources and databases with QlikView

Technology Requirements:

Interface Linux with SQL and create shell scripts to invoke SQL stored procedures in Linux

Create & modify mappings, transformations and workflows to load data using Informatica Power Center 9.5.1

Create SQL stored procedures, objects, queries for complex business requirement and ad-hoc requests

Design, develop and schedule complex reports using SAP Crystal Report 2016

Migrated legacy database Sybase to MS SQL and performed technology upgrades like ASP.NET 1.1 to 4.0

Develop batch based vendor feed consumption using C#, SQL, batch script & Control M

Build interactive webpages using C#/ASP.NET 4.0

Expertise in Eagle Star and PACE application, with hands on knowledge in Web Panels, STAR Scheduler, STAR Message Center, PACE Uploaders and Exporters

Strong knowledge on MS SQL Server and Oracle database Architecture and design

Excellent Skills in designing and development of applications using Oracle 11g/12c SQL, PL/SQL, toolset like SQL*PLUS, PL/SQL, TOAD

Excellent SQL skills, experience in writing complex queries and working with database objects, like tables, views, stored procedures, sequences, Data Marts , cursors, triggers, packages and materialized views Manage incidents, problems, changes, service requests on ServiceNow and ensure all are under SLA

Developed and schedule complex reports using SAP Crystal Report 2016

SDLC: Agile, Waterfall

Project Management & Production support

Your Skills & Experience:

10-12 years of experience in developing and maintaining applications within Asset management financial domain

Experience in Managing/Architecting/Developing Enterprise Solutions catering to Asset Management domain

Domain experience includes Strong knowledge on the Securities Reference Data, Fund Accounting, Trade Clearing & Settlements, Reconciliation, and Trade Life Cycle frame works.

Provide hands-on support for Global Client Reporting Platforms on accurate Fund Accounting Ledgers, AuM’s and NAV related consolidations

Co-ordinate with external trading partners and various internal application/infrastructure teams as required

Support application migration workstream i.e. migrate and configure metadata to new Cloud Environment.

Candidate has been a skilled communicator with honed relationship management, team building, planning, and analytical abilities. Specialized in Agile development and delivery models.

Any of the working experience into GCP Technologies/Hosting or re-platforming

ITIL, CMM level, ITSM and Service Management

Expectations

It is DWS’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the firm’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $94,000-$163,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
