This is Onsite position from Day 1, candidates can work from Buffalo, NY or Wilmington DE.
Job Description
• Strong troubleshooting skills with complex flows and Apex code
• Works with specialized development squad to obtain a full technical and functional understanding of components being developed for upcoming releases.
• Owns support of any issues related to specialized area and acts as SME once features are deployed in production
• Trains team members how to resolve incidents in area of expertise
• Engages development team to assist with resolving complex coding issues
• Maintains support documentation related to area of expertise
Works with supported lines of business to ensure an understanding of end to end functionality
• Embraces mentorship and training from senior engineers.
• Provides continuous improvement ideas to reduce expenses and/or improve efficiency.
• Applies recommended information security standards when developing code and seeks to validate.
• Assesses the technical viability of new and emerging products and technologies

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $101,000– $145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
