Job Description

InterPrice is a financial technology platform that enables corporations to have direct access to their cost of capital at any point in time and streamlines their communication with financing partners. Our system is designed to be used by various financing entities / banks and, most importantly, corporate issuers in the capital markets.

Role

As our Senior UX / UI Product Designer, you will be an integral part of our technology team and report directly to our Chief Product Officer. As such, the ideal applicant is expected to bring an “ownership” mentality to the team.

Responsibilities Include
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and user journey maps to effectively communicate desired outcomes to the Product team, Senior Management, and Development team
• Identify target groups and user behavior across the InterPrice platform to better understand user needs
• Work directly with other product managers, developers, and testers on all stages of product design, including initial design, implementation, testing, and launch
• Direct the implementation of research-driven UX / UI components
• Oversee all user testing to promote excellent user experiences
• Collaborate with other product managers on new feature specifications and development to ensure the product remains customer focused

Strongly Recommended To Have
• A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of practical experience as a B2B SaaS product designer
• Understanding of Human Computer Interaction and user behavior research
• Ability to synthesize feedback and iterate wireframes quickly and with thoughtful precision
• Proven ability to understand and translate company goals and objectives into productive user experiences
• Experience in financial technology or working with fintech applications
• Ownership mentality, including skills for progressing from idea stage to launch on high priority projects with limited resources
• Strong foundation in the basics of design and a keen eye for pixel perfect details
• Ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment
• Strong abilities in prioritization
• Endless focus on chasing product enhancements yielding “highest marginal return” customer results
• Proven interpersonal communication skills to share ideas and interface challenges to developers and InterPrice management
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or other user analytics tools

Technical Stack Overview
• Bachelor’s degree in design or computer-related programs such as Human-Computer Interaction or supplementary experience in Product Design
• Working Knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Atlassian Suite, Zeplin, OmniGraffle (or Sketch), HTML, CSS (SCSS)

Salary
• $70,000 – 130,000
