We specialize in the assembly and building of green and sustainable homes: we are experienced in passive house, LEED and other similar certifications. We have an established record of over 25 years of building these beautiful and efficient homes. We have credibility and well-established professional relationships with local trades as well as working relationships with specialty trades across the Northeast. Our mission is, first and foremost, to identify the clients vision and to implement it in a conscientious, holistic, and efficient process that is positive for all. We want our work to be healthy, to add to the community and contribute to its diversity and equality.

With the support of its founders, you can step into a leading role building high-end residential homes of the highest quality while overseeing a preexisting crew that needs you. The founder of this company will continue his role managing the client, the design, and all expectations and with your support take a less active role in the building process. We offer a highly competitive hourly rate, 50% health insurance, a matching IRA plan, and a one-time bonus profit share at the end of year one with a to-be-determined regular profit share after three years. (A rental house in Sheffield, MA for $1,600 rent/mo. plus utilities is also a possibility).

As the founder of this company, I have endeavored to establish and maintain a quality brand and sensibility as a building company. The focus is quality, modern craftsmanship and a beautiful aesthetic. You can be a candidate for future leadership and partial ownership of the Small Building Company brand and benefit from it. This could be an ideal scenario for those who wish to work collaboratively with the benefit of support from other professionals in a related field but also be able to help others in-turn.
