Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as senior member of the Info Advantage Technical Services team.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to other members of the technical services team.
Hands on work with multiple technologies on a Tier 2 and Tier 3 level.
Plan, scope, and successfully execute project work for clients.
Be a point of escalation for high-level support cases.
Onsite support, maintenance, IT Consultant services to clients.
Working with technologies including but not limited to
Virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-v, Xen, etc
Hyper Converged infrastructures
SAN & Storage Technologies
Routing and Switching
Wireless Technologies
WAN and SDWAN
Firewall and Security technologies
Office 365
Spam filtering services and appliances
Backup and DR
