IT Support Analyst New York – $85,000
Exciting IT Support Analyst opportunity working for a revolutionary boutique specialist insurance broker.
This organisation are located in New York and the opportunity follows a hybrid working schedule of 4 days a week in the office.
This company deliver market defining risk solutions to a key group of clients, and through these partnerships allows the key skills of talented individuals to shine.
Key responsibilities include.
• Receive support calls and service request tickets from colleagues across the business.
• Provide first line support for all technology issues raised where possible, providing fixes or and training to other technical resolver groups (e.g. infrastructure, security, application support etc) where required.
• Investigate data issues/queries.
• Identify systemic patterns that can be translated into system improvements or changes.
• Manage and take ownership of all scheduled activities (e.g. access control reviews, report generation) and report.
• Maintain accurate documentation sets for operational procedures and processed and perform knowledge transfer and best practise workshops as required.
Key skills required.
• Exposure to supporting VIPs and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams.
• Desktop support experience at 1st and 2nd level.
• Knowledge and understanding of Azure & Intune
