Job Description

A family-run, fast-paced, business involved in General Building Construction and Architectural Design in the midst of a significant growth phase. We are looking to hire someone immediately and with hard work and willingness to learn you will have the opportunity for exponential growth. A qualified candidate must have 10 years minimum of experience across all construction trades.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Oversee & facilitate installation of equipment and components of projects to ensure vendors are fulfilling all obligations and that work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.

Serves as point person with project management (project manager, field supervisors, etc.) reporting on inspections, subcontracting, progress, and delays on multiple projects.

Proactively identifies and works to resolve any site issues that may impede the project delivery.

Provides technical knowledge and input to assist installing contractors.

Evaluate subcontractor performance for all projects and ensure compliance with all agreements and assist in various new and rebuild projects.

Inspect all construction sites to ensure appropriate quality control and company standards/processes/procedures and coordinate with various project team members.

Manage multiple constructions at one time & prepare construction progress reports for all projects on a daily basis and manage all communication with contractors, project managers, and field supervisors.

Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to resolve any/all issues for construction progress and ensure compliance with all site safety procedures.

Coordinate material and equipment management at the office yard.

Prepare various reports for current and prospective activities.

Participate in various project meetings and maintain a calendar of all construction milestones.

Assist the project manager and field supervisor with scheduling all of the day-to-day activities on all projects.

Organize various training for field teams.

Assist the project management team in obtaining various materials.

Requirements:

10 years minimum experience across all construction trades (not office-based experience).

Must have a valid driver’s license + vehicle.

Must have OSHA 40 + SST.

Architectural school or education in construction is a plus.

OSHA 62 + SST is a plus.

All payroll is strictly on the books, with No Exceptions.
